    Inspect Your Shipment

    Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect all maple syrup bottles and specialty goods for any signs of leakage or breakage during transit.

    If there is an issue with your order, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the concern.

    Provide Photographic Evidence

    To help us improve our packaging and process your claim quickly, please attach clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

    Receive a Replacement or Refund

    Once your claim is verified, we will immediately ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
