Where is your maple syrup produced?

All of our maple syrup is sustainably harvested and bottled directly at our family farm in Uxbridge, Ontario, ensuring the highest purity and quality.

How should I store my maple syrup after opening?

To maintain freshness and prevent crystallization, please refrigerate your glass bottles or plastic jugs after breaking the seal. Unopened containers can be stored in a cool, dark pantry.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship our maple products across Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Is your maple syrup organic?

Yes, Pefferlaw Creek Farms is proud to be certified organic. We use no synthetic chemicals or pesticides in our forests or during our production process.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Are your products allergen-free?

Our pure maple syrup is naturally gluten-free and vegan. It is processed in a facility that handles only maple products to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
